Ice caves fees will pay for 'snowbulance'
The season was short, but charging tourists to visit the Apostle Islands ice caves paid off this winter.
So say officials at the Apostle Islands National Lakeshore, who released numbers on Monday about its "special recreation permit" fee, charged for the first time this winter.
