The Third Great Annual Red Rock Radio Winterfest Sliding Party is Saturday, Feb. 4, from 5-7 p.m. at Chester Bowl Park. The event is free and open to anyone. Sliders need to bring their own slides. Proceeds from concession sales of snacks in the chalet will go to the Chester Bowl Improvement Club. The first 100 children will receive an official Winterfest flying disc. At about 6:15 p.m., there will be a mass disc-throwing contest - the one that lands in or closest to the target will have a chance to win a kid's fishing package from Marine General.
