Most of you have read about this in my column in the April/May issue, but just in case you are wondering about this big fish:

Brenda Pollak, one of our former sales representatives, went ice fishing with her husband, Mike. She caught a whopper walleye (bigger than Mike’s fish) and they took pictures with the digital camera. Just before they were ready to leave (and Mike has threatened Brenda should she reveal this secret hot spot), he suggested one more picture of her big fish.

In a splash, the fish came back to life when picked up and zoomed back into the ice hole. Mike leaped after it, knocking the camera into the water and losing both the fish and the evidence. Poor Brenda!

But as these Up North adventures sometimes take a wild turn, a week later when Mike went back to the fishing hole, he caught … the camera. The digital card still worked and Brenda got her big fish back, virtually anyway.

The End … until she catches that fish again.
