Minnesota’s North Shore has been the clear top vote
and
“favorites”
getter since this unscientific tally of the Top 10 Destinations began
17 years ago.
Now this year, a portion of that experience – Grand Marais, Minnesota –
earned enough in the tally to get its own top-place nod.
In addition to those that made this year’s Top 10 were a number of
strong votes for specific locations, like Split Rock Lighthouse and
Gooseberry Falls.
The 2010 lists are revealed in a 132-page sourcebook for travel around
Lake Superior.
