Zinema 2 and The Duluth Art Institue are partnering to show Robert Hughe's series "Shock of the New" in weekly free installments, starting Saturday, February 11, at Zinema 2. Each screening will include a guest panelist who will help guide a post-screening discussion. The shows will run from February 11 through March 31. In 1980 the critic Robert Hughes came out with an eight-part series on the rise and fall of the modern art movement. Its combination of insight, wit and accessibility is still widely praised.
