Workshops of energy efficiency, living sustainably, permaculture, urban agriculture, linking faith communities and the environment, the Natural Step sustainable business process, climate change and adaptation and more. 30 vendors will be on hand showing their enviro-friendly services, products and information. There’s also food and a family fun room, Tickets are available at the door: $5 for adults, $2 for teens and free for kids 12 and younger. This year’s keynote speakers are Mike Link and Kate Crowley, naturalists who hiked the circle route around Lake Superior to draw attention to environmental issues. Living Green by the Lake is hosted by Ecolibrium3, a new nonprofit that operates the city’s energy efficiency program.
