6th Annual Run for Life

Mark your calendar for the 6th annual Run for Life event on Saturday, June 10, 2017, at the Mattson Lower Harbor Park in Marquette, Michigan.

Please join us as we celebrate life and promote organ donation. In collaboration with the Superior Health Foundation, all proceeds from this important event will go towards assisting organ transplant recipients and potential donors in the Upper Peninsula.

The event will include 10K and 5K runs, a walk and the Cody Revord Memorial Kids Run (10 and under). This year, we are proud to announce the kids run will be held in memory of Cody Revord. Cody passed away in Feb. 2015 at the young age of 17 due to a traumatic brain injury sustained in a snowboarding accident. He gave the gift of life to two people by donating his organs. His family and friends honor his memory by promoting organ donation and helmet safety.

• Day of Registration at 8-8:45 a.m.

• Race starts at 9 a.m.

• Kids race starts at 10:30 a.m.

Bag pickup/registration will be held on Friday, June 9, from 4-7 p.m. at the Ramada Inn (412 W. Washington in Marquette, MI). There will be registration giveaways along with an exciting silent auction.

The Run for Life is open to everyone who enjoys making a difference in the lives of others while having fun.
