The 6th annual Birding and Nature Festival in Chequamegon Bay offers a weekend of birding and nature activities on Wisconsin's south shore during the peak of spring migration in the area. The keynote speaker will be John Bates, naturalist and author of "Northwoods Companion" books. With 100 activities to choose from, all birders and nature lovers of every age will have a wonderful time. Look for field trips, workshops, speakers and youth programs, as well as great destinations, such as the Apostle Islands National Lakeshore, Whittlesey Creek National Wildlife Refuge, Copper Falls State Park and Chequamegon National Forest.
