A Fresh Mix

The Minnesota Ballet season opener features “Five O’clock Fox Trot,” a contemporary take on the 1920’s style soirée, by Broadway choreographer Ginger Thatcher; two bravura favorites in the pas de deux from “Flames of Paris” and the pas de trois from “Le Corsaire”; and a premiering Robert Gardner work to an original score by New York composer Ryan Homsey, which will be played live by amplified string quartet.
