Northwood Children's Services' second annual Art Sled Rally.
An art sled is any kind of sled that starts with a cardboard box and is designed with your imagination! Once built, you and your riders hop in and try to make it down a hill. Build an abominable snowman. A banana. A bird's nest. The possibilities are as much fun as they are endless. Costumes are greatly encouraged.
Awards will be presented for Best in Show – Most Spectacular. Great Spirit – Most spirited and organized (looks don't matter here). And Corporate Challenge – Best company representation.
This event if for everyone – children and families, adults, youth organizations, churches, businesses, schools, clubs – anyone who wants to have a good time creating an art sled or simply watch them slide down the hill.
Drop off and registration: 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
Sledding begins at 1 p.m.
Awards and presentations at 3 p.m.
Free coffee, hot chocolate and cookies.
