Bay Street Film Festival presents the local premiere of the animation feature "Asphalt Watches," a film completed in Thunder Bay by artists Shayne Ehman and Seth Scriver and debuted at the 2013 Toronto International Film Festival to win "Best First Canadian Feature Film." Bay Street Film Festival is hosting the Thunder Bay premiere as part of the film's national tour with Canada's Top Ten. There will be a post-screening Q&A with the directors.
