The 9th annual Bay Street Film Festival will take place in Thunder Bay, Ontario from Thursday, September 5 – Sunday, September 8, 2013. Screenings are held at the historic Finnish Labour Temple at 314 Bay Street which accommodates 200 people per screening and also houses the famous Hoito restaurant which specializes in Finnish cuisine.
