Well-known Great Lakes Maritime Historian Frederick Stonehouse is back with a new book called The Last Laker, Finding a Wreck Lost in the Great Lakes’ Deadliest Storm. Copies will be available for purchase at this book signing.

In 1913, a mighty “White Hurricane” ripped through the Great Lakes and inflicted the greatest loss of life and vessels from a single storm to date. For a century, one wreck in particular, SS Henry B. Smith, eluded divers and confounded maritime experts.
