The Chalk.a.Lot Sidewalk Chalk Festival is 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. downtown and at Thomas Owens Park on Saturday and Sunday, with chalking clinics on Friday at 2 and 5 p.m. Artists of all abilities can draw on sidewalks in downtown Two Harbors. Entertainment, art activities and food vendors at the park. Featured artists will offer demonstrations.
