Chequamegon Bay Birding and Nature Festival is May 18-20. It offers three days of birding and nature activities on Wisconsin's south shore of Lake Superior at the peak of spring migration. This year’s festival will focus on climate change and the effect on birds. The headquarters will be the Northern Great Lakes Visitor Center, Ashland. The Friday keynote speaker will be Dr. Matthew Reetz, who has served as the executive director of Madison Audubon Society since September 2014.
