The Pilgrim Choir along with Jeremy Craycraft (percussion), Janelle Lemire (harp) and Rachael Kresha (organ) will present the "Chichester Psalms" on Sunday, April 13, during worship at Pilgrim Congregational Church. "Chichester Psalms" is a choral work by Leonard Bernstein that was commissioned for the 1965 Southern Cathedrals Festival in Sussex, England, while he was on sabbatical from the New York Philharmonic. Bernstein used the Psalms as an inspiration for this work. The text was arranged by Bernstein from the psalms in the original Hebrew. Join the Palm Sunday celebration of this Bernstein classic.
