Presenter Mark Connelly has been a leader and change agent his entire life. At fifteen years old, with $20 in his pocket he recruited a few friends, bought 3 lawn mowers at a garage sale, and started his first company. After graduating from the University of Maryland with a business degree, Mark was recruited by General Mills and spent fifteen years building and leading record-breaking sales teams generating over $50million in annual revenue. Mark then spent fifteen years building and leading high-growth organizations with tremendous success.
