If you or a loved one is living with heart failure, we invite you to join us for a morning of learning about living with the disease, lifestyle changes to increase your quality of life and planning for the future.
A complimentary heart-healthy, low sodium lunch will be provided. This event is free and open to heart failure patients, families and friends. Attire is casual, so please come as you are.
