Molly Sommerhalder, Certified Wellness Coach and Owner of Swan in The Lotus Yoga and Wellness, will talk about various Holistic health remedies, potions, and tinctures that were used back during the peak days at Fairlawn Mansion and also how they are still used today. Products from Tippecanoe Herbs and Apothecary in Milwaukee will be demoed and available for purchase. Molly’s signature program (through one-on-one wellness coaching, workshops and series) focuses on empowering men and women to heal themselves and find tools to no longer let anxiety/stress overwhelm their lives especially during times of transition including retirement and other major life changes.
