Do you understand the concept of SMART goals.......but struggle to write them for yourself or others? Is it even harder to hold yourself or others accountable to those goals?
The SMART approach to Goal Setting is one of the most widely-accepted tools used around the world by businesses, schools, and even in one's personal life.
It offers a clear and simple framework. SMART goals can be used by anyone.....but sometimes sticking to the goal OR, if you manage others, holding them accountable for achievement, is the HARD PART.
In this 1-1/2 hour workshop, we'll cover the basics of writing SMART goals and help you through any "WRITER'S BLOCK". We'll cover how to ensure goals are achievable, but with "stretch", and we'll dig into the concept of measuring accomplishment- how to use data, benchmarking, and other tools to ensure that your goals are meaningful.
You'll also learn-
how to hold others accountable for goal achievement, without forever damaging your relationship
how to hold others accountable, without "micromanaging" AS WELL AS
how to hold others accountable, when you rarely see them in person
Join us to learn how you can benefit, both personally and professionally, from SMART goals!
