The Japanese Internment Camp at the Gila Indian Reservation

Associate Professor Deborah Petersen-Perlman, Communication, will discuss research she's done at the Arizona Historical Society on the Japanese Internment Camp at the Gila Indian Reservation. Specifically she'll talk about what ephemera found in the archives – letters, memos, high school annuals and "newspapers" – says about organizational structure and social issues in the camp. This event is free and open to all.
