Lake Superior Day

Lake Superior Day is celebrated annually on the third Sunday in July. Events are held in communities around Lake Superior as an appreciation for the greatest of the Great Lakes of North America. Lake Superior holds 10% of the world's fresh surface water.

Lake Superior Day is an opportunity to learn more about the Great lake while enjoying free family fun, kids’ activities, food vendors, informational booths, live music, boat tours and stand-up paddleboarding.
