"The Pie Place Café Cookbook" Signing with Author Kathy Rice

Kathy Rice, author of "The Pie Place Café Cookbook, Food & Stories Seasoned by The North Shore," will sign copies of her new book on August 22, 6 p.m., at Barnes and Noble in the Miller Hill Mall in Duluth.

This is a unique cookbook, compiled over years of perfecting recipes and making connections with the Grand Marais community and the many visitors who come by season after season. These recipes each have a special tie to a personal tale.
