Pine Mountain Music Festival presents "Viva Verdi!" – opera concerts in celebration of Giuseppe Verdi’s 200th birthday on June 27 at 7:30 p.m. at the Rozsa Center for the Performing Arts in Houghton, Michigan. Featuring four resident opera artists and two guest artists, “Viva Verdi!” is an opera concert led by Stephen Sulich, featuring the music of the incomparable Giuseppe Verdi. The concert will include arias and ensembles from many of Verdi's operatic works, including "La Traviata," "Rigoletto" and "Falstaff." Pine Mountain Music Festival produces classical music in Michigan’s Upper Peninsula.
