The 11th Annual Radio Waves Music Festival is set for September 7-9, 2018, at Sweetheart's Bluff in the Grand Marais Recreation Area.
It’s held rain or shine - with two stages and a dance floor housed under a large tent. The 2018 lineup includes 26 musical acts, with special guests The Carpenter Ants, all the way from Charleston, West Virginia. Please see the event page for a complete Festival schedule.
The Radio Waves Music Festival is a favorite for visitors, area residents and performing musicians.
Several vendors will be on-site with food/beverages. Outside food and beverages are accepted on the grounds as well.
Some chairs are provided under the tent, but feel free to bring your own.
Well-behaved pets are welcome – but please make sure they're on a leash at all times.
The Kids' Tent offers children’s activities and face painting from noon to 4 p.m. Saturday and Sunday.
Admission – available at the gate – is $10 per day, $20 for the weekend, and free to children 12 and under.
