Reptiles and Amphibians Field Trip
to
Lois King Education Center at Friends of Sax-Zim Bog Welcome Center 8793 Owl Ave, Meadowlands, Minnesota 55765
Northern Minnesota is home to an impressive diversity of reptiles and amphibians, with 14 species present in the greater Sax-Zim Bog ecosystem, alone. On this field trip, we will spend time searching for and observing as many of these species as we can, including turtles, frogs, snakes, toads, salamanders, and maybe more! Attendees will also learn tips on how to better observe or find reptiles and amphibians on their own adventures.
***REGISTRATION REQUIRED***
Field Trip attendance is free for Friends of Sax-Zim Bog members (those who have donated $25 or more within the past year). If you are interested in membership, the $25 fee covers membership and free entry to all field trips and programs (excluding workshops) in a 12-month period!
