Come learn the science behind how gratitude can improve general well-being, increase resilience, strengthen social relationships, and reduce stress and depression. The 1st session will go over the science, research and facts of gratitude, and start you off with one simple practice you can start to integrate into your daily life. Subsequent sessions will provide a new gratitude activity to try each week, as well as offer time for group discussion. Living through a worldwide pandemic is hard for all of us, lets come together to find ways to honor our emotions but also shift our focus to the things that really matter.
This series runs Thursdays April 30 – May 28, 2020 at 6:30 PM and will be presented through Zoom online. Once registered we will email you with a webinar link. Registration closes 1 hour before the 1st session.
