Seney National Wildlife Refuge 1674 Refuge Entrance Road, Seney, Michigan 49883
Seney National Wildlife Refuge presents the film "Tapped." Is access to clean drinking water a basic human right, or a commodity that should be bought and sold like any other article of commerce? This timely documentary is a behind-the-scenes look into the unregulated and unseen world of the bottled water industry – an industry that aims to privatize and sell back the one resource that ought never to become a commodity: our water. The film is free and starts at 6:30 p.m. in the visitor center auditorium at Seney National Wildlife Refuge. Hot chocolate, coffee, tea and cookies will be provided by Seney Natural History Association. Please bring a mug. For more information, call 906-586-9851, or go to www.fws.gov/refuge/seney. Seney National Wildlife Refuge is off M-77, five miles south of Seney, or two miles north of Germfask.
