Carlton County Historical Society 406 Cloquet Avenue, Cloquet, Minnesota 55720
The Carlton County Historical Society continues "Movies at the Museum" for the summer with a double feature on Wednesday, Aug. 9, at noon at the museum at 406 Cloquet Avenue in Cloquet.
The featured films are two videotapes shown on the big screen from the museum's collection. One is "Celebrating 100 Years of Rural Free Delivery" and the other movie is called "Agate County." Help us review these videotapes and find out what gems might be hiding in our collection.
During the program, popcorn and punch will be available and a door prize drawing will be held during intermission.
Visitors will be able to view the museum exhibits before and after the program. Regular admission is $3 for adults, $1 for children under 12, and free admission for children under 5, Carlton County Historical Society members, and active military personnel and their families. The museum is handicapped accessible and air conditioned. For more information call 218-879-1938.
