The 16th annual WhistleStop Festival starts Friday with the Lake Superior Fish Boil and Pasta Feed at Bay Area Civic Center. Saturday is the CenturyLink WhistleStop Marathon/Half-Marathon and the 5K & 10K Cruisin the Corridor race on the Tri-County Corridor from Iron River to Ashland. On Saturday the kids will love to race in the “Little Engine That Could Toddler Run” for ages 2 to 4 at Bay Area Civic Center.
