Join instructor Jessie Erickson for a yoga class hosted by the Lupus Foundation of Minnesota (LFM). Yoga is a meditative practice that connects the mind, body, and spirit through movement and breath. Great for stress relief and overall relaxation for people of all ages, including those living with lupus and other autoimmune diseases, yoga can help increase flexibility, sense of balance, and strength and provide the opportunity to practice the art of “presence” through gentle movement and focus on the breath.
Free, but pre-registration is required by Tuesday, February 14.
