On Saturday, July 4th, at 4 p.m. the Carlton County Historical Society hosts our 4th annual Accordion Concert by students and faculty of the Harrington Arts Center from Superior, WI. Helmi Harrington, director of the arts center and accordion museum, has a patriotic program lined up for us, plus many old time favorites. If you are an accordion player, bring your musical instrument along for show, tell and play!
Refreshments will be served. Regular admission is $2 for adults, $1 for children under 12, and free admission for children under 5 and Carlton County Historical Society members. The Carlton County Historical Society is a Blue Star Museum, offering free admission to all active duty military personnel and their families through Labor Day. The museum is handicapped accessible.
