With the Fall just around the bend, it’s a good time to reserve a spot in the Giant Digital Photography Workshop: "Fall Colours Weekend Workshop," Sept. 25 to 27 (Friday, 7 p.m. to Sunday, 4 p.m.), with Thunder Bay photographer Barry Wojciechowski at Sleeping Giant Provincial Park. The weekend session includes the opportunity to stay in the park’s Ranger Lodge (private room, shared facility, booked separately) just nestled in nature. Attendees can expect photography sunrises, sunsets, night skies, wildlife, and visits to park features and trails during the daytime. The weekend caters to all skill levels and camera types. This workshop is an information-packed, hands-on weekend to learn about photography, explore the park and practice camera skills. An add-on optional meal plan is also available (see details online). An alternative park camping option is also available. To reserve a spot, call Lois at 807-344-9208 or 866-688-9990 or visit www.superiorvisits.com, or go to www.thunderbay.ca/visiting.htm.
