Light Up Lutsen

The merchants in the town of Lutsen have joined together to create a special holiday event on the Saturday after Thanksgiving. Join us all day for refreshments and holiday specials. Murray the Moose siting’s are expected. From 1-3 Santa will be at the Lockport Store to hear if you have been naughty or nice. A great time to get special holiday photos. At 4:00 Last Chance Studio and Gallery is hosting a bronze pour. Get there before 4 to learn more about the process and to see art being made. At 5 the carolers perform and will lead group singing at Last Chance Gallery to light up their building and big tree. Then the carolers will lead a procession to “downtown” Lutsen to light up their buildings and holiday decorations at 6. From 5:30 to 7:30 taste test Winter Holiday Spirits from North Shore winery at Lutsen Liquor Store. Please join us to celebrate the season of love and lights.

Light up Lutsen is a new event, Nov. 25 from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., that features:

• Special holiday offerings and Murray the Moose sightings throughout the day

• Photos with Santa at Lockport Store 1-3 pm

• Pour at 4 p.m. at Last Chance Gallery and Studio

• Carolers and tree lighting at Last Chance Studio and Gallery at 5 p.m.

• Procession to “downtown Lutsen” with carolers leading the way

• North Shore Winery Winter Spirit special tasting at Lutsen Liquor 5:30-7:30 pm

• Tree lighting at Clearview at 6 p.m.
