The Blind Pig, the restaurant formerly known as Tycoons, is opening its doors to the public on October 22.
The Blind Pig will be featuring a brand-new menu with creations from our kitchen: handmade fresh baked bread, udon noodle dishes, street tacos, wings, slow roasted pulled pork and mouth-watering beef burgers. Many of these include locally sourced ingredients such as locally raised red angus/hereford beef and berkshire pork from Cromwell, Minnesota.
Live Music will be featured Thursday to Sunday until forever.
Starting at 9 p.m. on October 22, The Blind Pig's stage will officially be open, featuring performances by The Limns, Mikel Wright & The Wrongs and Fearless Moral Inventory.
