"Over the River and Through the Woods"

A new professional theatrical company out of the Twin Cities, Sidekick Theatre presents the third production of their inaugural season, the heartwarming comedy "Over the River and Through the Woods." It will run from Aug. 19 through Sept. 6, 2015, at StageNorth in Washburn, Wis., located near Bayfield and the Apostle Islands. Penned by Joe DiPietro, "Over the River and Through the Woods" tells the story of Nick, a 32-year-old single Italian-American man who dutifully has dinner with his grandparents every Sunday. When he announces that he is leaving New Jersey to take a job in Seattle, Nick's grandparents pull out all the stops, including matchmaking, to keep him home.
