Paddle Making Workshop

April 28, 1-3 p.m. and April 29, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Straight shaft, Bent shaft, Stand Up Paddle board bent shaft available.

Come and join us as we’ll explore the different ways wooden paddles are made, then work on making a laminated, bent or straight shaft paddle. We supply the wood and you will glue up the blade, shaft, and grip on the first day. In class 2, we will shape and work on sanding each paddle. You’ll have to do some work at home, including final sanding and varnishing. $80.
