Relief from pain is a common need of people living with lupus and other chronic conditions. During this class, hosted by the Lupus Foundation of Minnesota (LFM), massage therapist Kristy Marie will teach participants about reflexology, a therapeutic method of relieving pain by stimulating pressure points in the hands and feet to promote relaxation and stimulate the body’s healing process.
Free, but pre-registration is required by Wednesday, February 10.
