Ski and Snowshoe by Candlelight on the Sugarbush Trail

The annual Candlelight Ski and Snowshoe Hike will take place on the Sugarbush Trail in Tofte from 6 to 8 p.m. The event is free and open to the public.

Visitors will meet at the Oberg Mountain Trailhead and ski on the 2 km (1.5 mile) trail or snowshoe hike on a shorter 1 km (.6 mile) Superior Hiking Trail lit with candle luminaries in the Superior National Forest. After skiing and hiking, participants will enjoy a bonfire with hot chocolate and treats from local area resorts.
