TEDx UW-Superior

On Sunday, May 3 at 1 p.m. in the Yellowjacket Union Great Room, the Office of International Programs/World Student Association is hosting the first-ever TEDxUW-Superior, an event intended to spark conversations and connections between students and community members about three selected topics, chosen after a survey of students:

• The idea of free and accessible higher education considering the recent development of the UW financial crisis and changes.
• The daily conflict and interaction between religion and freedom of speech.
• Students' interests, fears and curiosity concerning sex and gender interactions.
