Join Theron O’Connor and Demaris Brinton who recently traveled to Cuba for this talk on food movements in Cuba and the Chequamegon Bay region. Despite their radically different locations, both communities are deeply engage in local, sustainable and artisanal food strategies to achieve food security, if not food sovereignty.
