Two Harbors Chalk-a-lot

Chalk-a-lot, the Two Harbors Sidewalk Chalk Festival will be Saturday, July 19, and Sunday, July 20 at Thomas Owens Park. The cost is $15 and will include a free clinic on Friday, July 18, and instruction, along with 48 high-color pastel chalks, latex gloves, sponges for blending, a reserved space and artist refreshment tent. T-shirts are available for an additional fee. Artists must be 12 and older or assisted by an adult. Registration is encouraged but walk-in registration will be available. Children under 11 are free to draw in the blocked off street and there is no cost for this. Many other things will be going on in Thomas Owens Park during this Festival.
