Women's Winter Retreat Weekend

Join us for a Women's Winter Retreat Weekend at the Blue Wave Inn and Freehands Lakeside Bar, Restaurant and Cafe catering.

Friday

5-9 p.m. Arrival and meet and greet

7 p.m. Dinner in the Bodin Room*

* While we enjoy our dinner we will have a speaker talking all about empowerment and strengthening your spirit.

5-9 p.m. Spa services (choose from massage, facial or waxing services)

Saturday

7 a.m. Morning yoga and meditation

8:15 a.m. Coffee, breakfast, getting ready time, chill time

10 a.m. -2 p.m. Guided snow shoe excursion or hike at Valhalla (equipment and lunch included) w/ Solstice Outdoors

3-7 p.m. Spa services (chose from massage, facial or waxing services) and relaxation time

7-10 p.m. Dinner, live music, conversation and cocktails

Sunday

7-8 a.m. Morning yoga and meditation

8:15 a.m. Coffee, breakfast

10 a.m.-12 p.m. Ayurveda class
