Craig Blacklock Burn Recovery
Help Craig Blacklock in recovery from his accident
In November last year, noted Lake Superior photographer Craig Blacklock suffered horrible burns in an electrical fire in an outdoor sauna. Craig, his wife, Honey, and their daughter, Charis, have been dealing with the early recovery mainly themselves and with the aid of relatives and close friends, but now the family is reaching out for support. As a freelance photographer, Craig does not have in place some of the workplace assistance often available. Craig’s distinctive and defining Lake Superior images have often appeared in Lake Superior Magazine.
Join us in sending positive, healing thoughts to the family and in supporting them through purchases of Craig’s books, prints, artwork and other products at the Blacklock Gallery or donations through their GoFundMe site. Details of the accident and Craig’s recovery can be found there.
We wish Craig a speedy and full recovery.

Five years later, Full Circle Superior hikers reflect
Naturalists Mike Link and Kate Crowley celebrated the five-year anniversary of the start of their Full Circle Superior hike around Lake Superior. The husband-and-wife team left Duluth on April 29, 2010, and finished the 1,555-mile trek on September 18 of that year.
